Dai sla. Hello, and welcome to the Summer 2026 edition of Tribal Gaming & Hospitality Magazine. My name is Brady Scott, and I’m the chair of the editorial board.
TG&H was on the road recently to visit Graton Resort & Casino in Northern California. The property has just completed a major expansion, including a new non-smoking wing. The highlight? AYA, its new 27,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor dining destination. Our editor had the opportunity to visit one of the farms and learn about the vegetables and herbs being grown not only for Tribal citizens, but also for use in this remarkable new restaurant.
In this issue, we also continue our Operator-to-Operator series and why a small property bet big on poker. In food and beverage, we explore how operators can prepare without panicking in the face of rising costs.
