Drexel brings more than 25 years of experience leading food and beverage operations across casinos, fine dining establishments and resort environments. Drexel’s experience includes directing high-performing teams at industry-leading organizations, including Pampas Las Vegas, Station Casinos and Cache Creek Casino Resort.
