NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK: (October 20, 2026) – Seneca Resorts & Casinos has added a gaming industry veteran with 30 years of national and international experience to its senior management team, naming Wade Howk as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO, Howk oversees all financial and operational accounting functions for Seneca Resorts & Casinos and its properties, including budgeting, income audit, financial analysis, financial reporting, general accounting, and purchasing. As a key leader on the senior management team, Howk will monitor and assess the company’s liquidity, performance, and capitalization structure and make recommendations to the Seneca Gaming Corporation Board of Directors in maintaining sound fiscal governance. He will also develop departmental business plans, as well as establish, monitor, and review all departmental budgets, and is responsible for internal financial reports and all financial filings.

Howk was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Inspire Entertainment Resort in South Korea, where he directed the full-scale opening of the integrated resort with over 1,200 rooms, a 15,000-seat arena, 60 retailers and more than 2,800 employees. His other gaming industry experience includes serving as CFO at Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati, and several years in executive leadership roles at Penn Entertainment. In addition to his gaming experience, Howk served as Corporate Vice President of Strategy at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

A Certified Public Accountant, Howk earned degrees in Management and Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from William Carey University. He also completed the Wharton Gaming Executive Program through the University of Pennsylvania.
