ROHNERT PARK, CA (October 20, 2026) — Now open at Graton Resort & Casino, Neon Kitty is a modern Asian bodega inspired by the Japanese konbini, offering a curated selection of grab-and-go treats, snacks, drinks and favorites from across Asia, including China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and beyond.
Neon Kitty offers a convenient destination for guests on the move, with a ramen library, fresh-made onigiri, Asian-inspired sandwiches, dumplings, steamed buns, desserts and imported snacks and beverages. The playful concept expands Graton Resort & Casino’s growing collection of distinctive dining experiences.
“Some of the best food memories come from the simplest moments, like a favorite snack after school, a bowl of noodles on a trip, or the first time you try something completely new,” said Jennifer Murphy-Ellamar, Vice President of Culinary Operations at Graton Resort & Casino. “That feeling is at the heart of Neon Kitty. We wanted to create a place that feels fun and approachable, where guests can reconnect with a taste they remember or discover a new favorite.”
