Light & Wonder Secures Multiple Gaming Systems Agreements Across North America

LAS VEGAS (March 26, 2026) – Light & Wonder, Inc. (ASX: LNW) (together with its subsidiaries, “Light & Wonder,” “L&W” or the “Company”) today announced multiple gaming system agreements and renewals across casino properties in North America, reflecting continued momentum for the Company’s modern and scalable systems portfolio.

The agreements include system replacements at Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort in South Dakota and a competitive systems renewal and reinvestment with Seneca Gaming Corporation in New York.

Seneca Resorts & Casinos

Seneca Resorts & Casinos reaffirmed its partnership with Light & Wonder following a competitive RFP process, selecting the Company to continue as its gaming systems provider. As part of the reinvestment, Seneca will modernize its systems environment with an expanded suite of Light & Wonder solutions such as L&W ENGAGE, iVIEW PRO™, Display Manager, TABLEVIEW Web, SERVIZIO™, ELITE BONUSING SUITE™, and the Progressive Management System. The solutions will be implemented across Seneca Resorts & Casinos three gaming and entertainment resorts: Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, NY, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca, NY, and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, NY.

Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort

Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort selected Light & Wonder to replace its existing gaming system as part of a broader property upgrade in Deadwood, South Dakota.

The installation will feature SDS™ and CMP™ Small Casino Solution, a cost-effective systems suite of applications designed for small operators, supporting nearly 100 slot machines. The agreement also includes a bundled slot content upgrade.
