Firekeepers Casino Hotel Announces New VP of Food & Beverage

Battle Creek, Mich. (March 18, 2021) – FireKeepers Casino Hotel is proud to welcome Michael Hamilton to the FireKeepers Team as the new Vice President of Food & Beverage. Hamilton brings with him more than 37 years’ of experience in the hospitality industry.

Hamilton has an extensive food and beverage and casino operations background. Prior to joining FireKeepers, he was the Director of Operations for HMS Host at the Cincinnati/Kentucky International Airport, where he oversaw 19 different food and beverage outlets. Hamilton has previously worked as the General Manager of Paragon Casino Resort, and for more than 20 years at Mohegan Sun where he oversaw food & beverage, security, and construction. He is also a member of The Mohegan Tribe.

Hamilton began his duties on Feb. 25. He is responsible for the quality assurance of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring FireKeepers’ guests continue to enjoy the finest culinary and service experiences.

Hamilton has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America as well as certification from the University of Nevada in Casino Management.
