While the Alabama-Quassarte Tribal Town is not a member of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association, we applaud their tribal leadership’s position on prediction markets. We agree that prediction markets are illegal Class III gaming, undermining the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and infringing upon the sovereignty of Tribal nations.
