Celebrating 20 Years of Education for Casino Marketers, Host PD Teams & Gaming Leaders

Over 350 attendees representing Tribal and First Nation, commercial and international, card clubs and cruise line gaming operations, as well as industry suppliers gathered for the Casino Marketing & Technology and Host Player Development Conferences last week. The curriculum, presented by industry icons and emerging thought leaders, took a deep dive into analytics, measurement, trends, tools and strategies for 21st century casino marketing and PD experts.

Thought Leaders Take Stage

Featured speakers included gaming legend John Acres, who opened the show with a critical message about the future of our industry and a third “budget” item casino operators should understand in their players.

Welcoming voices outside of gaming, Senior VP of Marketing for the Las Vegas Raiders, Kristen Banks gave attendees a glimpse inside marketing a football franchise with strategies focused on branding, loyalty, and customer (fan) retention.

Twenty Years of Shared Knowledge

For two decades, Raving has crafted a must-attend event for both industry veterans and newcomers. As the only conference dedicated to strategic marketing, technology, and player development, the event prioritizes tailored content for attendees, using data and live polling to guide the discussion.

In an interactive environment, participants are encouraged to learn from and build long-term relationships with presenters, fellow attendees, and industry suppliers.

“Our goal is for attendees to leave equipped with solutions and tools, and to return to their properties feeling energized. This year’s engagement was exceptional – sessions were packed, questions flowed, and meaningful connections were made at our networking events and through our app,” shared Raving CEO, Deana Scott.
