Seneca Gaming Corporation Announces Board Officers

NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK-BUFFALO, NEW YORK-SALAMANCA, NEW YORK: (May 23, 2024) – Seneca Gaming Corporation announced that the company’s Board of Directors selected officers for 2024-2025 at its recent Annual Meeting.

Allie R. George was elected to serve another term as Chairman. Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2021, he has served on the Board’s Audit and Compensation Committees during his tenure. Chairman George previously served as Chairman on the Seneca Enterprises Board of Directors, helping to oversee the Seneca Nation’s Class II gaming operations. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Jamestown Business College, Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Certification, and Level II Commissioner Certification through the Indian Gaming Association. Chairman George previously worked for several years as the Seneca Nation’s Director of Conservation and as Director of the Allegany Community Center. Active in many community activities and organizations, he volunteers as a coach with the Salamanca High School Varsity Boys’ lacrosse team and the Allegany Arrows minor lacrosse program. A member of the Wolf Clan, Chairman George resides on the Seneca Nation’s Allegany Territory with his wife and three sons.

Terry L. Nephew was elected to another term as Vice Chairwoman. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018, twice serving as Vice Chairwoman, as well as serving on the Compensation Committee. Vice Chairwoman Nephew has worked in the gaming industry for more than a decade, including as Assistant Director with the Seneca Nation’s Class II gaming operations, and as an Inspector with the Seneca Gaming Authority. She achieved Masters Commissioner Certification through the Indian Gaming Association’s Commissioner Certification Training program. Her career also includes serving as the Seneca Nation’s Human Resources Director, member of the Seneca Nation Housing Authority Board of Directors, and as a longtime volunteer member of Seneca Fire, where she has earned EMT, Fire Police, and Firefighter certifications. She attended SUNY Fredonia and Cornell University. A member of the Turtle Clan, Vice Chairwoman Nephew is a lifelong resident of the Seneca Nation’s Cattaraugus Territory.

Natalie N. Stahlman was elected to serve another term as Treasurer. Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2021, Treasurer Stahlman serves as Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. She has over ten years’ experience in finance, including in the Seneca Nation’s Fiscal Department, where she formerly held the role of Governmental Budget Officer. She currently serves the Seneca Nation as Project Facilitator in the Seneca Nation Council office. Treasurer Stahlman previously served on the Seneca Enterprises Board of Directors, which provides oversight for the Nation’s Class II gaming operations. A graduate of Jamestown Business College with degrees in Business Management, Business Administration, and Accounting, Treasurer Stahlman has completed Commissioner Certification Training through the Indian Gaming Association. She is a member of the Wolf Clan and resides on the Seneca Nation’s Allegany Territory with her husband, son, daughter, and nephew.

Millie Fox was elected to serve as Board Secretary. A member of the Board of Directors since 2022, Secretary Fox has served on both the Board’s Audit and Compensation Committees.  Prior to serving on the Board of Directors, she served as a Commissioner and Vice Chair for the Seneca Gaming Authority, which oversees and regulates the Seneca Nation’s Class II and Class III gaming activities. Secretary Fox has over 30 years’ experience serving the Seneca Nation in various capacities, including her current role as Veterans Department Manager.  She has achieved Masters Commissioner and Class II Immersion Certifications through the Indian Gaming Association and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hilbert College. Secretary Fox is a member of the Wolf Clan and resides on the Seneca Nation’s Cattaraugus Territory with her son.
