(November 29, 2023) — This past November, the Rock & Brews team celebrated the groundbreaking of their new Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar, slated to open next spring within the ilani Casino Resort in Ridgefield, Washington.
TG&H caught up with Adam Goldberg, CEO, Rock & Brews and Kara Fox-LaRose, President & General Manager, ilani Casino Resort to talk about the details of this partnership and the opportunities it will have for the resort.
With a passion for music at its core, Rock & Brews provides a high-energy atmosphere complete with rock ‘n’ roll playlists, quality handcrafted American food, craft rocktails and an unrivaled beer selection. The Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s partnership with Rock & Brews will put the rock ‘n’ roll-inspired concept center stage at ilani casino resort, enabling the expansion of live music and events while providing a great new dining option.
The new 10,000 sq. ft space will feature 15 LED screens and a vast performance stage to host local artists and well-known national acts. It will also include two full-service bars serving up 24 local and craft beers on tap, in addition to countertop gaming, a large dance area and a prime location adjacent to ilani’s main casino floor. While the ‘Concert Bar’ concept is a first-of-its-kind for Rock & Brews, the franchise is no stranger to the casino and Native gaming industry. In recent years, the franchise has remained focused on growing its casino footprint, which already includes high-profile locations at Rock & Brews Casino Braman, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, Rolling Hills Casino, and Potawatomi Hotel Casino Milwaukee, with more coming soon.
