Reese was recently named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City.
Reese has spent two decades in her career successfully driving revenue growth, brand transformation, and operational excellence in some of the most competitive casino markets in the United States. As a New Jersey native, her career began in Atlantic City working for Tropicana Casino and Trump Entertainment Resorts in creative branding and marketing positions. She went on to be recruited by Las Vegas Sands to the opening leadership team of Sands Bethlehem, where she successfully led brand marketing and PR strategies establishing it as a top-tier destination. Reese subsequently joined the opening team at Valley Forge Casino Resort as executive director of marketing, helping to establish strong launch market position. In 2013, Reese joined the senior executive team at Foxwoods Resort Casino overseeing marketing and brand strategy during a pivotal period following Foxwoods’ separation from MGM.
In 2018, she joined Agua Caliente Casinos as an external marketing consultant collaborating with senior leadership in the development of marketing initiatives and brand strategies within the highly competitive Southern California market. During that time, she contributed to the strategic rebrand that unified the properties under the Agua Caliente name. After stepping away during the pandemic, Reese returned in 2024 as a senior marketing executive consultant and strategic advisor until her appointment as general manager.
In Reese’s new role for Agua Caliente Casinos, she will lead the Cathedral City team and casino property with a focus on operational excellence, guest experience, and a plan for sustainable growth. Reese’s expertise brings a rare blend of legacy market knowledge, brand experiences and a hands-on executive approach to one of the region’s most dynamic casino properties.
