Three Veteran Women Leaders Help Shape the Future of the Iconic Las Vegas Property

LAS VEGAS (March 4, 2026) – Palms Casino Resort announced two significant internal promotions and one new executive appointment as the property continues its momentum heading into 2026. The leadership updates include the promotion of Laura De La Cruz to Assistant General Manager, the promotion of Crystal Robinson-Wesley to Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment, and the hiring of Janice Fitzpatrick as Vice President of Finance.

Together, these three experienced leaders bring decades of expertise across hospitality, gaming, entertainment, marketing, and finance. Their appointments also reflect Palms’ commitment to championing women in senior leadership roles.

Laura De La Cruz – Assistant General Manager

De La Cruz, previously Vice President of Marketing, has been elevated to Assistant General Manager for Palms Casino Resort. A Las Vegas–raised hospitality leader, she now oversees Hotel Operations, IT, Sales & Catering, Facilities, Retail, and Food & Beverage. De La Cruz brings deep operational knowledge and marketing expertise from her previous roles with Palms, Boyd Gaming, and Harrah’s Laughlin, where she built a track record of driving growth and elevating the guest experience.

Crystal Robinson-Wesley – Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment

Robinson-Wesley, formerly Vice President of Entertainment and Activations at Palms, has been promoted to oversee the resort’s full marketing, entertainment, and activations portfolio. In her expanded role, she leads casino marketing, loyalty programs, digital marketing, brand strategy, public relations, events, and all entertainment programming. Her extensive experience includes leadership roles at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment, where she managed large-scale entertainment operations, special events, and cross-property activations.

Janice Fitzpatrick – Vice President of Finance

Fitzpatrick joins Palms with more than three decades of financial leadership experience in the gaming and hospitality sector. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Warner Gaming and has held senior finance roles at The Rio Las Vegas, The Venetian and Palazzo, The Mirage, and MGM Grand Macau, where she was part of the executive opening team. Her expertise includes financial planning, analytics, compliance, system implementation, and large-scale strategic initiatives.
