We are excited to announce several key events and certification programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our members:
- 29th Annual NNAHRA Conference: Scheduled for September 29 to October 1, 2025, at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA. This conference offers a platform for over 700 attendees from more than 400 tribes to engage in strategic sessions covering topics such as benefits and compensation, employment law and legislation, talent acquisition and retention, and leadership development. - Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) Certification: In partnership with Drummond Woodsum, this 3.5-day course provides HR professionals with practical knowledge to navigate the unique employment challenges in tribal governments and enterprises. Upcoming sessions are planned at various locations, including Wind Creek Casino in Atmore, AL, and Foxwoods Casino in Mashantucket, CT. More details
- Tribal Management Professional (TMP) Certification: A comprehensive three-day program designed to enhance managerial skills in a culturally relevant context.
