LAWTON, Okla. (November 6, 2025) – The Tribal Leadership Council (TLC) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of three distinguished professionals to serve as Advisors to the organization. Jerad Swimmer, Shane Urry, and Michael Kim have been selected to advise the President, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and key issue impacting Tribal leadership and enterprise development.
Jerad Swimmer, an enrolled member of the United Keetoowah Band, currently serves as Regional Sales Director for Continent 8 Technologies. With deep experience in technology infrastructure and partnerships across Indian Country, Swimmer brings valuable insight into the intersection of digital innovation and Tribal sovereignty. Previously Swimmer served as the Director of Compliance at Indigo Sky Casino & Resort and Assistant Deputy Gaming Commissioner for the Eastern Shawnee Tribe.
Shane Urry is the Vice President of Aambe Health, a subsidiary of Aambe Corporation, where he leads strategic growth and business operations across the healthcare sector. Urry’s experience in corporate leadership and tribal enterprise development will support TLC’s continued focus on sustainable, community-driven growth.
Michael Kim serves as Managing Partner for GGHM, a global gaming and tribal advisory firm. With extensive experience ranging from internal gaming & hospitality finance, operations, compliance, and development to Tribal economic development, diversification and strategic planning, Kim will advise TLC on issues related to gaming policy, market expansion, investment strategy, and best practices.
