Grand opening celebration to feature giveaways, coffee and doughnuts
CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. (October 9, 2026) — Agua Caliente Casinos will open Agua Caliente Fuel Cathedral City on Thursday, October 15, at Agua Caliente Cathedral City off Highway 111 (East Palm Canyon Drive) and Monty Drive. The opening marks the third Agua Caliente Fuel location, joining stations in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. The new pumps-only station—the largest in Cathedral City—is designed for convenient entry, fueling and exit. It features 24 pumps, extra-long queuing lanes to accommodate high demand, and custom-engineered illuminated signs that show drivers which pumps are available.
Agua Caliente Fuel Cathedral City will officially open at 6 a.m. on Thursday, October 15. BIG 106.1 will broadcast live from 7 to 10 a.m. Early guests will receive giveaways, donuts, and may enter drawings for tickets to the WTA Tennis Finals at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in November, LEGOLAND, the Mary Pickford Theatre and Escape Games Rancho Mirage. Exclusive promotional items will be distributed daily: October 15: custom car coasters; October 16: canvas tote bags; and October 17: premium car sunshades (while supplies last).
In August 2026, the team opened its second fuel station, Agua Caliente Fuel Palm Springs – located at Dinah Shore and Lawrence Crossley Rd in Palm Springs. The location has 24 high-efficiency dispensers and an electric vehicle charging station with a row of chargers scheduled to open soon to serve the valley’s growing EV community. It also features a dedicated gaming floor with 82 top-tier slot machines, an expansive, fully stocked convenience store, and a Beer Cave offering local and national brands.
The original Agua Caliente Fuel opened in Rancho Mirage, across from the casino resort, in December 2021. The location includes a 24-pump fuel station, 750 square feet of gaming space, competitive fuel prices and Java Caliente, a drive-through coffee shop.
