ROHNERT PARK, CA (October 6, 2026) — Graton Resort & Casino awarded Mixologist Tommy Cracraft of Fern Bar top honors and a $5,000 cash prize at the Full Tilt Mixology Competition on Monday, Sept. 28.
The Prohibition-inspired showdown brought together 10 of the North Bay’s premier bars and restaurants for an evening of live, timed cocktail challenges. Competing two at a time on stage, mixologists raced the clock to create original drinks using surprise mystery-box ingredients before a panel of industry and entertainment judges.
Following the live rounds, the judges awarded cash prizes to the competition’s top three finishers:
- First Place: Fern Bar, Sebastopol – Mixologist Tommy Cracraft – $5,000 prize
- Second Place: Luma Bar & Eatery, Petaluma – $3,000 prize
- Third Place: Waterhawk Bar, Rohnert Park – $2,000 prize
In addition to the on-stage competition, attendees sampled custom creations from all 10 participating bar stations and cast their votes for the crowd favorite. Mixologists Skylar Vanderent, Bronwyn Gauvin and Savannah Machon of Santa Rosa’s Jackson’s Bar and Oven took home the People’s Choice award and bragging rights for their cocktail, the “Apple Capone.” The winning drink featured fresh apple juice, ginger liqueur, chai spice moonshine tincture and Ford’s Gin, finished with maple foam, toasted almond bitters and flaky Maldon salt.
Following the competition, the celebration continued at the North Lawn and Pool Bar with a Prohibition-inspired after-party featuring a live DJ, pizza from Tony’s Pizza, swag, and distributor cocktail activations highlighting Negronis and Ford’s Gin & Tonic.
Full Tilt Mixology Competition partners included Tito’s Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin and Ford’s Gin.
