When Vicki Haskins was hired as Director of Promotions, Events and Entertainment at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in Mississippi, the casino’s music and messaging programming was already in place.

I was not on the panel to choose what provider we would use, so I was basically handed a music vendor and was tasked with making it work for our casino,” Haskins says. “The problem was that our provider didn’t have any flexibility.
