What does Incredible Technologies have planned for G2E? Find out in this exclusive interview with Caitlin Harte, Director of Product Marketing, Incredible Technologies, and Chris Faria, Executive Editor, Tribal Gaming & Hospitality Magazine.

As the gaming industry experienced an unprecedented health crisis and economic slowdown in 2020, Incredible Technologies (IT) never took its eyes off the future of the company and its customers. Executive leadership underscored this commitment with increased investment in R&D efforts across all product segments.

Because of this, IT is set to arrive at the 2021 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) with its most diverse product offering since the company’s inception. For nearly a decade, IT’s Gaming division produced Class III slot products, exclusively. Now IT can serve customers in Class II gaming, iGaming, and Electronic Table Games alongside its ever-expanding footprint in Class III gaming.

A New Gaming Experience with the Prism VXP™

The newest addition to IT’s hardware product line is Prism VXP™. Guided by the importance of slot floor flexibility (proven within the last year with floor layout adjustments), Prism VXP™ was designed for easy configuration changes, as well as high performance. The cabinet brings an unprecedented element to gaming as the first to incorporate physical movement within gameplay. A commercial-grade motor powers a 55” display, vertically expanding gameplay by over 13”.

“We tried to think of it all with Prism VXP,” said Caitlin Harte, Director of Product Marketing. “The pause from in-person shows provided our Mechanical Engineering team the space and time to shine in new hardware design and allowed our Development teams to refine our theme development. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created and can’t wait to introduce it at G2E.”

The cabinet pairs perfectly with new PrismFlex Edges™, ultra-flexible video wedges, that create space between games for optimal bank configurability. The PrismFlex Edge was built on the success of the Infinity® V55 Edge™ but utilizes a new technology so operators can easily move banks around the floor, into any configuration at any time, all without ordering any extra parts. The combination of the new cabinet with its signage is certainly a highlight of 2021, but IT has been working overtime in other segments, as well.

Incredible Technologies’ Expansive Catalog of iGaming Titles Goes Global

Before the world was asked to stay home, IT was invested in iGaming endeavors, producing content in both the real money gaming and social gaming spaces. It just so happened that as iGaming demand increased from the need to stay indoors, IT signed a deal with GAN Interactive to bring its expansive catalog to iGaming markets around the world. IT has since expanded its internal team for this segment and continues to develop an extensive catalog of iGaming titles.

New Expansion into the Electronic Table Games Market

IT is also now manufacturing Electronic Table Games (ETGs); a new market segment for the company. Powered by software from Zuum Interactive, IT is now able to distribute a proven product, backed by the superior service for which the company is known.

“We’ve heard from many customers that they believe in ETG products,” said Harte. “They are ready to take a chance on someone with a service-first philosophy. We’re thrilled to bring a product we believe in.”

IT will bring a representation of all product segments to G2E and encourages customers to Make Your Move at Booth 4047.
