WHAT: Gingerbread replicas of the Grand Pequot Tower, Fox Tower and traditional Wigwam are on display at Foxwoods Resort Casino throughout the holiday season. This is a great winter activity for guests of all ages and make for a perfect holiday picture background!
- The gingerbread replica of the Grand Pequot Tower used 600 pounds of gingerbread, 600 pounds of royal icing, 1 case of ice cream cones, 60 pounds of fondant, 10 pounds of Rice Krispies and 2 pounds of white chocolate. At 12 feet tall and 8 feet wide, it took 6 people and about 384 hours to make.
- The gingerbread replica of the Fox Tower used 150 pounds of gingerbread, 150 pounds of royal icing, 1 case of ice cream cones, 225 pounds of fondant and took 5 people and about 200 hours to make.
- The gingerbread replica of a traditional Wigwam used 350 pounds of gingerbread, 350 pounds of royal icing and took 5 people and about 200 hours to make.
WHERE: The gingerbread replica of the Grand Pequot Tower will be displayed in the Grand Pequot Tower Lobby, the gingerbread replica of the Fox Tower will be displayed in the Fox Tower Hotel Lobby, and the gingerbread replica of a Wigwam will be showcased in Rainmaker Square at Foxwoods Resort Casino. 350 Trolley Line Blvd, Mashantucket, CT 06338
