(August 4, 2026) — Blue Lake Casino Hotel announced today that it has won four categories in the North Coast Journal’s Best of Humboldt 2026 readers’ poll: Best Casino — for the second year in a row — Best Hotel, and Best Bachelor Party, with sister property Blue Lake Fuel & Fun taking Best Fuel Station.
Best of Humboldt is the North Coast Journal’s annual community poll, in which Humboldt County residents vote for their favorite local businesses, people, and places. Winners were announced at the Journal’s Best of Humboldt celebration on August 1, 2026, hosted this year at Blue Lake Casino Hotel.

The Best Casino repeat marks back-to-back wins for the property, which was also voted Best Casino in the 2025 poll.
