Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Route 66 Car Show Draws Impressive Turnout in Northern Arizona

Classic and Modern Vehicles Join Route 66 Centennial Celebration

Flagstaff, Ariz. (August 25, 2026) – Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort welcomed an impressive turnout for its recent Route 66 Car Show, bringing together car enthusiasts from across the region to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66.

The event welcomed classic and modern vehicles, with 36 officially registered for the car show competition. Guests had the opportunity to check out the vehicles, enjoy entertainment and vote for their favorites. The event also generated $772 in donations for the Boys & Girls Club.

Four vehicles and their owners took home top honors:

  • 1st Place: Patricia Martinez, 1970 Dodge Challenger
  • 2nd Place: Robert Manygoats, 1972 Chevy C-10
  • 3rd Place: Charles and Sharon Benham, 1929 Ford Pickup
  • Best of Show: Bob Hiser, 1955 Chevy Bel Air

The car show is one of several special events and promotions taking place at Twin Arrows throughout 2026 in recognition of the Route 66 Centennial. Located along the historic highway just east of Flagstaff, Twin Arrows continues to celebrate its unique connection to the Mother Road through entertainment, promotions and special events throughout the centennial year.
