Its bourbon selection includes several single barrel private selections, reflecting the team’s commitment to discovering distinctive spirits that pair well with the lounge’s cigar offerings.
Bourbon Heritage Month honors the craft, history, and people behind America’s federally protected national spirit. Today, bourbon is distilled in all 50 states, with each region contributing its own approach to grain, climate, barrels, aging, and flavor. At Pívat, guests can experience that national range through a menu featuring more than 30 bourbons, including nine single barrel private selection options from Kentucky, Texas, Nevada, and beyond.

The featured Taste of America Single Barrel Flight is priced at $25 and includes pours from Frey Ranch in Nevada, Garrison Brothers 140 proof from Texas, and Old Louisville 11-year-old from Kentucky.
