LAS VEGAS – November 17, 2020 – Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) (“Scientific Games” or the “Company”) announced an agreement with Menominee Casino Resort to install a number of Systems solutions across 791 gaming machines by year-end. These solutions include iVIEW 4 with Web Content Manager (WCM), Beverage Ordering Software System (BOSS), Business Intelligence (BI), Elite Bonusing Suite® (EBS), Promotional Kiosk, Servizio™, and the Social Distancing and Automated Game Sanitization Modules.
iVIEW 4 is a next-generation player interface that displays dynamic marketing animations and video with instant response, through a state-of-the-art multi-touch display. iVIEW 4 allows casino operators to showcase their loyalty club and facilitate better player experiences through the WCM, EBS and BOSS, rewarding players right at their device. Business Intelligence is an advanced application that delivers essential solutions for casino operators to grow their business through an improved understanding of table and slot performance, player behavior, trending and player value. The Promotional Kiosk is a fully customizable solution that streamlines traffic and provides new and exciting ways to offer rewards to players directly at the player kiosk. The Servizio suite of mobile applications covers automated dispatch, jackpot processing, player registration, host functions, proactive gaming device maintenance and more.
“We are a long-time Scientific Games customer and feel confident that the Systems solutions we’re installing will allow us to provide our players with a first-class casino experience,” said Daniel Hansen, General Manager at Menominee Casino Resort. “We are also very excited to be the first property to install the Social Distancing Module in the State of Wisconsin.”
The Scientific Games Social Distancing Module provides an efficient and effective method for casino operators to adhere to the required COVID-19 safety measures, by giving them two options to enable or disable machines and providing players the capability to reserve a time to play. Similar to the Social Distancing Module, the Automated Game Sanitization Module eliminates the manual task of searching for games to sanitize on the casino floor and replaces it with an efficient method for keeping games clean and customers safe.
“We are extremely grateful for our long-standing partnership with Menominee Casino Resort,” said Bob Parente, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Scientific Games. “We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these cutting-edge Systems solutions on their casino floor.”
