LAS VEGAS (May 6, 2024) – Ainsworth Game Technology (“Ainsworth,” “the Company”) announced today that Nancy Ramirez Ayala has joined the Company as SVP, General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer.
Ayala brings a wealth of experience in online gaming, intellectual property, and gaming compliance. Her broad base of legal and business knowledge will be key to supporting the Company’s business objectives during this period of growth.

Prior to joining Ainsworth, Ayala served as Vice President of Legal at Rush Street Interactive, and she served as the Assistant General Counsel/Intellectual Property Counsel for William Hill U.S. before that. She was a key member of the in-house legal team for sports wagering and online gaming operations.
