MORTON, Minn. (September 24, 2026) — A Pizza Anytime machine at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel sold more than 2,000 pizzas in its first five months of operation, according to High Sierra Vending, LLC. The Jackpot Junction-branded machine gives casino patrons and hotel guests access to hot pizza 24 hours a day.
Owned and operated by the Lower Sioux Indian Community, Jackpot Junction offers several dining options. The pizza machine adds an option for guests seeking food outside restaurant hours without requiring a separate overnight cooking shift. Pizzas can be prepared or sourced in advance and stocked during scheduled shifts; the machine handles ordering and heating when a guest makes a purchase.
“Casino guests don’t always want to plan their meals around restaurant hours,” said Thomas McMillan of Pizza Anytime. “The Jackpot Junction installation shows how one machine can extend hot-food availability while fitting alongside a property’s existing dining program.”
Guests order through a touchscreen and collect a boxed, 12-inch pizza from the machine. The platform has a published preparation time of about three minutes, though timing varies by product, cooking settings, and order volume. Its screen can also display property promotions alongside the menu.
The reported sales milestone comes as Pizza Anytime expands into California, its tenth state. High Sierra Vending supplies indoor and outdoor machines to independent operators and provides operating guidance, consumables, and access to on-site service support.
