Kambi: Driving Sustainable Growth in Tribal Sports Betting
Kambi continues to see strong momentum in Tribal sports betting, with operators increasingly using the channel as a tool for long-term database growth and property-wide engagement.
Rather than viewing sports betting as a standalone product, many Tribal partners are integrating it into their loyalty ecosystems to attract younger audiences, grow their databases and create new cross-sell opportunities across the casino floor. In several cases, this approach has led to increases in rewards memberships, more frequent property visits and measurable lifts in non-gaming revenue, including food and beverage spend. It also helps Tribes build stronger, more direct relationships with players and drive repeat visitation across multiple touchpoints.
These engagement gains have translated into improved sportsbook performance. Tribal operators that have moved to Kambi from other suppliers have seen growth in both turnover and margins, driven by advanced risk management, AI-powered pricing and access to Kambi’s global liquidity.
Kambi’s consultative, partnership-first approach has been central to this progress. Each Tribe operates within its own regulatory, cultural and commercial framework, so the focus is on understanding long-term objectives before tailoring a solution that fits their strategy—whether that means retail, online or a multi-channel rollout.
With a fully managed end-to-end sportsbook built for speed, scale and success, Kambi enables Tribal partners to maintain control of their brand and customer relationships while benefiting from a flexible, fully compliant solution designed to evolve alongside their business.
Kambi welcomes 4 Bears Casino and Lodge to the network
Kambi has agreed a multi-year partnership with the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation to provide sportsbook technology at 4 Bears Casino and Lodge.
The agreement will see Kambi replace the property’s existing sportsbook provider with a full retail solution, including self-service kiosks, over-the-counter terminals and on-property mobile (BYOD) wagering. The partnership also creates a pathway for potential future mobile expansion, subject to regulatory developments in North Dakota.
This move marks another key expansion for Kambi in the U.S., extending its presence to 27 states, and supports the MHA Nation’s continued growth in gaming and entertainment offerings.
