Horsham, PA (September 1, 2026) — Spectrum Gaming Group (Spectrum) proudly congratulates Holly Gagnon, our Senior Strategic Advisor, on her induction into the American Gaming Association (AGA) Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2026, one of the industry’s highest honors recognizing individuals whose vision, innovation, and leadership have shaped the modern gaming landscape. Holly will be formally inducted during an invitation‑only Chairman’s reception on September 29 at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas this fall.
A veteran executive with more than 34 years of experience, Gagnon began her career on the opening team of Foxwoods Resort Casino in 1992, at the dawn of modern tribal gaming. She went on to hold senior financial and operational roles at Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International, and later served as, President & CEO at Pearl River Resort, CEO at Chumash Enterprises for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians and CEO at Seneca Gaming Corporation for the Seneca Nation of Indians.
She was named Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA) Executive of the Year in 2016 and is widely recognized as a champion of tribal economic development and inclusive leadership. Holly currently serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair of Bragg Gaming Group.
In her role as Senior Strategic Advisor for Spectrum, Gagnon contributes to strategic‑planning initiatives, advising operators, suppliers, and governments on navigating market disruption, evolving consumer expectations, and long‑term growth opportunities. Her guidance supports Spectrum’s mission to help clients identify challenges, strengthen operations, and pursue innovation with integrity.
