MASHANTUCKET, Conn. (December 8, 2025) — The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation proudly announces that Deputy Chief Kristen DiMauro of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Police Department has completed the Executive Development segment of the Command Training Series at Roger Williams University. The program, delivered through the University’s Justice System Training and Research Institute in collaboration with the New England Association of Chiefs of Police, is regarded as one of the region’s leading professional development opportunities for law enforcement executives.
Over the course of seven weeks, the training immersed participants in a range of executive-level topics designed to strengthen leadership within modern police organizations. Coursework covered strategic decision-making, organizational culture, communication practices, policy development, civil liability considerations, and the complexities of managing personnel and budgets in today’s public safety landscape.
Deputy Chief DiMauro joined senior officers from departments throughout New England who were selected to take part in this advanced leadership series.
