Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians Donates $396,700 to Local Emergency Service First Responders

(April 20, 2023) — The Stillaguamish Tribe has announced two donations totaling $396,700 to local emergency service first responders. The largest donation, of $200,000 was given to the Snohomish County Fire District #21 who provide fire protection services for Arlington and Darrington. A second donation of $196,700 was given to the Snohomish County Fire District #25 who provide fire protection services for Granite Falls and Monroe. These donations will help support the important work that these organizations do in our community during times of emergencies. Tribal Chairman of the Stillaguamish Tribe, Eric White said “Our Tribe is committed to supporting our neighbors in their time of need.” We applaud the Stillaguamish Tribe for their generosity and support of our community’s first responders.
