TAMPA, Fla. (August 16, 2023) – Gary Stella is the new Vice President of Table Games at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.
Stella has been in the casino business for 34 years, starting his career in Reno, Nevada as a dealer at Harrah’s Las Vegas. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri for the first time, working as a Table Games Supervisor, Assistant Shift Manager, and Shift Manager before leaving for his first Director position.
He spent 10 years in Louisiana in both Director and Vice President of Casino Operations roles before returning to Kansas City for the second time as the Assistant General Manager at Ameristar Casino.
Most recently, Stella was the General Manager at River Bend Casino in Oklahoma before joining the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa team as Director of Table Games in 2021.

Away from work, Stella loves to travel with his family and cook for them. He also enjoys finding a great book to read.
