MASHANTUCKET, CT – As New Englanders begin planning their Labor Day weekend escapes, Foxwoods Resort Casino is pleased to announce that it has once again expanded its resort footprint to offer more activities and dining options for guests to enjoy safely starting this week. Following guest and team member compliance of the resort’s safety measures, Fox Tower Hotel is now open, along with High Rollers Luxury Lanes and Sports Lounge – all with new safety measures in place. Additionally, Italian fan favorite Caputo Trattoria is now welcoming guests as well.
Here’s an overview of the resort’s newest openings:
Starting Thursday, August 27, The Fox Tower Hotel will be open for reservations Thursday mornings, closing Monday afternoons based on checkout times. The Fox Tower casino will open starting at 12 p.m. on Thursdays, operating 24 hours a day until 2 a.m. Monday morning. Room rates are beginning as low as $79 dollars. Centrale at Fox Tower continues to offer hot nightlife and fun experiences every month, including hosting the resort’s first-ever Virtual Drag Happy Hour on Saturday, August 29. Additionally, Fox Tower Hotel’s meeting and event space is now open, welcoming groups of up to 100 people with social distancing and mandatory face masks. With 150,000 total square feet of meeting and convention space, Foxwoods has plenty of room for physical distancing while allowing guests to safely reconnect for in-person events in line with local guidance.
High Rollers Luxury Lanes and Sports Lounge reopened Friday, August 21 with new safety protocols. In addition to required masks, guests will be assigned one bowling ball upon arrival and must use only that bowling ball for the duration of their stay. Frequent hand sanitation is required, and just five guests will be assigned to each pair of lanes. The lanes will be open Thursday – Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Learn more about the new protocols in place online.
Caputo Trattoria will once again offer the signature flavors of coastal Italy starting Thursday, September 3, open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
