LAS VEGAS, NV (May 13, 2026) — Pavilion Payments, the gaming industry’s leading omnichannel payment solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Kaiu Pettigrew as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
In her new role, Pettigrew will lead Pavilion Payments’ technology organization and help drive alignment across the company’s IT, risk, technology, and product teams as Pavilion continues investing in its platform, infrastructure, and operational capabilities.
Pettigrew brings more than 25 years of experience across gaming, hospitality, financial services, and payments technology. Most recently, she held executive technology leadership roles at First Hawaiian Bank, overseeing enterprise technology, risk management, and IT infrastructure initiatives.
Her background also includes senior leadership and consulting roles with Wynn Macau, Maverick Gaming, Everi Holdings, Las Vegas Sands, Pinnacle Entertainment (now PENN Entertainment), and Fontainebleau Resorts, where she led shared services technology and operational initiatives spanning infrastructure, compliance, cybersecurity, and payments across gaming, hospitality, and financial services organizations.
