LAS VEGAS (January 11, 2024) – BMM Innovation Group “BIG,” a technology conglomerate providing world-class services and cutting-edge solutions to the global gaming industry, is pleased to announce Vicki Lee as Vice President of Enterprise Project Management Office. Lee will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Lee has had a remarkable career with over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology and healthcare industries. In her previous role as Vice President of Business Systems Analysis in Information Technology, she was responsible for the strategic development of the organization and produced measurable operational improvements among multi-level management teams. She also achieved an 87 percent employee engagement score by making her employees feel valued, connected to the company vision and values, and proud of their contributions, which improved team productivity and documentation and process quality across operations and engineering teams. Lee’s successful centralization of the Business Systems Analysis team enterprise wide resulted in a streamlined set of processes, metrics, and methods of improvement for the company.

Lee pursued studies in Health Information Management at SUNY Empire State College.
