Nibi’s name, pronounced “Nee-Bee,” comes from the Potawatomi word meaning “rolling water.” The restaurant’s design incorporates that sense of movement, with glimmering silver fish inlaid in the floor leading guests toward a flowing glass water wall at the entrance. Inside, the contemporary dining room pairs an elegant setting with a welcoming approach to fine dining.
