LAS VEGAS, Nev. (August 20, 2025) – Global race and sportsbook technology provider Internet Sports International, Ltd. (ISI) has named Jake Francis its Director of Operations.
Francis brings extensive technical, regulatory, and operational experience in the field of real money iGaming and land-based gaming to ISI. In his role at ISI, Francis manages the product roadmap for an in-house iGaming tech stack/technology platform, oversees the launch and day-to-day operation of B2B online brands in Caribbean and Tribal casinos, and is instrumental in the company’s ISI Mobile business development.

Prior to joining ISI, Francis served as Senior Vice President of Operations for BlueBet (BBT:AX), directing U.S. operational strategy and business development for an in-house technology sportsbook platform. Prior to this, Francis held leadership roles for notable operators in the gaming industry, most notably Penn Entertainment (NASDAQ: PENN), Hard Rock, and NYX Gaming Group. Jake began his gaming career as a regulator for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) in 2007.
He holds an M. B. A. in Business Strategy from The Fox School of Business at Temple University, a B. S. in Marketing, from Lehigh University, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification.
