Kenya Jones-Lowell returns to RFM with eight years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design. She specializes in tribal hospitality, planning and unique projects that reflect modern local culture. Kenya’s extensive background ensures that RFM continues to deliver sophisticated and culturally resonant spaces for its clients. Her design philosophy is rooted in cultural relevancy, placemaking, and community engagement resulting in environments that make people feel seen and celebrated. Her clients include 7 Cedars Casino, Tulalip Gaming Organization, The Burrard Group, Modern Aviation, and Springboard Hospitality. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of her local planning commission and is a Board Member for the Hospitality Diversity Action Council. Kenya is a Coverings Rockstar, Boutique Design New York 18 Alumni, Savannah College of Art and Design Lacoste Alumni Atelier, Gold Key Recipient and a five-time Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH) TopID Awardee.
Courtney Laird joins RFM as an Interior Designer and brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Based in Portland, OR, she has worked with renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, honing her skills in creating elevated spaces with timeless details. Her strengths lie in her collaborative and organized approach, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders. Courtney thrives on managing the full scope of complex projects and is passionate about integrating sustainability into her designs. She is an active member of NEWH, National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certified, and serves on the Interior Design Advisory Council at George Fox University, where she shares her expertise and supports the next generation of designers.
RFM is pleased to welcome Lori Hoggard as the new Accounting Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge from both within and outside the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Her background in the United States Marine Corps has instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and leadership, which she leverages to manage RFM’s financial operations efficiently. She holds a degree in Business Forensics and, starting in January 2025, will pursue a Master of Business Analytics degree, further enhancing her ability to develop, direct, and coordinate all accounting-related operations. Outside of work, Lori enjoys riding motorcycles, reflecting her adventurous and dynamic spirit. Her flexible and hard-working nature, combined with her strong analytical skills, make her an invaluable addition to the RFM team.
