Ray Pineault, CEO, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, discusses the major accomplishments of his organization the last few years, including the opening of Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, located in Incheon, South Korea, stating, “It has been a tremendous accomplishment for the tribe.”
He added, “The organization is growing, it’s expanding, the tribe has done a great job of bringing its culture to other jurisdictions and I’m really proud of what we have accomplished.”
Good for the business and good for the customer
When Deana Scott, CEO Raving and TG&H asked Pineault what was he looking for at G2E this year, he said that software and analytics tools were a priority, “We’re a data-driven business and understanding how do we meet the guests where they want to be? How do we give them what they want?” He stated that, “There is competition everywhere. We’ve got to be prepared to compete. And we do that by having those tools.”
