Unveiling of Tulalip Resort Casino’s Spectacular New 38-foot, Seven-ton Center Bar Marks Latest Milestone in Multi-year Renovation

Crafted Dome Sculpture and Sparkling Bar is New Focal Point on Casino Floor; Renovation Continues Through the End of This Year

TULALIP, Wash. (April 16, 2026) – The recent “reveal” of Tulalip Resort Casino’s spectacular new Center Bar marks yet another milestone in the multi-year renovation and expansion of the 21-year-old Vegas style casino.

Towering more than 38 feet tall, the Center Bar is an artistic and impressive new interior “landmark” reflecting the vibrant, casino-wide design themes featured in the top-to-bottom renovation and expansion of the 270,250 square foot casino.

The Center Bar’s stunning dome is a work of art weighing in at more than seven tons. Crafted by contractor Dillon Works, the dome was created using thousands of feet of rolled steel and aluminum, a variety of materials and custom lighting. The result: an eye-popping, tasteful sculpture adorned with symbolic sea life denoting a Salish Sea “bay” in the heart of the gaming floor. At its base, the sparkling 3,366-square-foot bar and lounge offers bar-top gaming and seating options for up to 60 guests, striking the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convivial hospitality.

“The Center Bar is a beautiful new focal point of our renovation and an immersive destination where friends can meet, socialize and take in the casino’s fresh, new surroundings and amenities,” said Marci Fryberg, President/COO of Tulalip Gaming Organization. “Our entire team has been engaged in thoughtful planning and execution to create intimate moments for guests as they journey through representations of Salish Sea shorelines and welcoming environments throughout the gaming floor.”

Highlighting Tulalip Tribes’ culture and traditions, innovative concepts representing the dynamics of the nearby Salish Sea, coastal shorelines, and forest environments are woven into design themes throughout the casino. In addition to the extensive renovations underway and that will continue through the end of 2026, an expansive 70,250 square foot addition completed in 2025 added more than 400 slot machines, the striking North Bar including an outdoor patio, dramatic new entrances, and additional amenities.

Tulalip Resort Casino is globally recognized for outstanding accommodations and has been designated as a AAA Four Diamond resort every year since 2009. Other honors include top tier rankings on Condé Nast Traveler Gold and Traveler Top 100 Resorts lists. Along with more than 2600 slot machines and other gaming choices, it features popular entertainment venues, multiple dining choices, a highly rated full-service spa, and premium meeting services.
