Rock & Brews Coming To ilani

First-ever Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar slated to open for New Year's Eve

SAN DIEGO (March 30, 2023) – ilani, the Northwest’s premier dining and entertainment destination, announced a new partnership with Rock & Brews, a one-of-a-kind, rock-inspired restaurant and entertainment center, to bring the first-ever Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar to Ridgefield, WA. The announcement occurred at the Indian Gaming Convention, where Rock & Brews co-founder Gene Simmons participated in a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Simmons and fellow rock and roll icon Paul Stanley are co-founders of the national rock-inspired hospitality concept.

The partnership will put Rock & Brews front and center at ilani, allowing for the expansion of events and live music, accompanied by a great new dining option. Rock & Brews provides a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere with music as its central feature, accompanied by quality handcrafted American food classic and an unrivaled selection of local and craft beers.

The founders of Rock & Brews have fused their appreciation for rock ‘n’ roll, affinity for craft beer, and desire for classic comfort food into one concept that complements existing amenities and will offer ease of access to the community as well with a family-friendly restaurant by day and additional entertainment offerings for entertainment seekers by night.

“Opening a new Rock & Brews location at ilani is a special announcement for the Cowlitz Indian Tribe,” said Cowlitz General Council Chairwoman Patty Kinswa-Gaiser. “The Rock & Brews vision started for two reasons: our Tribe’s commitment to providing the best-in-class entertainment, dining, and hospitality to our guests, and our former Chairman Dave Barnett’s love for live music. As the Tribe continues to take ilani to exciting new heights, we’re proud to bring this vision to reality.”

“We are excited by this new partnership, which will enable ilani to continue former Chairman Barnett’s vision of creating memorable experiences for the entire family while also creating something the community can be proud of,” said Kara Fox-LaRose, general manager and president of ilani.

“ilani is the perfect location to debut the Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar with their deep roots in rock ‘n’ roll and craft beer. The Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s love for music makes this a perfect partnership and entertainment experience,” said Adam Goldberg, CEO and partner at Rock & Brews.

For the project, ilani will renovate the Muze Lounge evolving the space to incorporate more entertainment and converting this unique world-class facility into a restaurant to enhance the overall experience. The exciting entertainment offerings that the public has come to love will continue throughout the spring and summer.

The new venue is tentatively scheduled to open with a spectacular event on New Year’s Eve. Images from the announcement and renderings for the project are available here.
