TULSA, Okla. (June 26, 2024) – Leaders of the Muscogee Nation and River Spirit Casino Resort held a ceremonial ribbon cutting today on a $17.5 million capital investment to transform 14,000 square feet of existing space into the all- new Gridiron, a deluxe sports bar and lounge set to redefine sports viewing. The renovation replaces the space formerly known as the Visions Buffet.
Gridiron provides the largest sports viewing experience in the State of Oklahoma and features a massive 53-foot by 14-foot high-resolution LED video wall, 54 televisions and 104 speakers for a game watching and audio experience like none other.
Gridiron seats 157 guests including an upscale, 27-seat center bar featuring 24 mounted 70-inch televisions and 30 additional 70-inch televisions located throughout the dining and private booth seating areas. Guests will enjoy a new, robust menu with sports bar favorites, but also signature dishes prepared by Gridiron’s new state-of-the-art kitchen.
Additional hospitality and entertainment
elements in Gridiron include a private watch party and meeting space called “The Locker Room” with a 21-foot by 12-foot LED video wall and a luxury VIP Lounge exclusively for River Spirit Casino Resort’s top-tier-level Players Club Members. Additionally, the sports bar offers two “Top Golf Swing Suites” for an immersive digital sports experience, featuring simulated golf and other sports.

I-5 Design Build, based in Lacey, Wash., is the lead architectural design firm with a proven track record of successful projects at more than 125 entertainment properties. In addition to designing the project, I-5 Design Build’s expertise includes its fabrication and manufacturing facility where the firm pre-constructs custom architecture features, unique lighting fixtures, and tailor-made hospitality structures and guest seating. These custom components will be shipped to River Spirit Casino Resort where I-5’s daily, onsite management and project leaders will oversee the installation to bring the first-class design to reality on time and on budget.

As part of this transformation, the existing Scoreboard Sports Bar will be repurposed for a new guest amenity in the future.
