(December 22, 2023) — Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, located in the Northern Idaho panhandle, has announced the appointment of Rick Williams as Director of Gaming.
With 22 years of experience in the casino gaming industry, Rick brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new role, a passion for gaming performance analytics and a deep understanding of player behavior.
His career in the gaming industry began in 2001 as a Gaming Technician, and over the years he also held director-level positions prior to joining Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, including playing a key role in the successful opening of four casino properties. As Senior Director of Gaming Operations for Churchill Downs Incorporated, Rick was pivotal in designing the gaming floor layout for two historical horse racing properties, showcasing his strategic vision and innovation in the industry.
