MILWAUKEE, WI (August 25, 2025) – Potawatomi Casino Hotel and Major Series of Poker, The Tour are partnering to bring poker to Milwaukee with three huge events in 2026.
The three-event deal includes one of five MSPT “Major” events, the 2026 Club Poker Championship February 17-22. The other events are the MSPT Festival April 28-May 3 and the 2026 Wisconsin State Poker Championship September 22-27. All three tournaments have a guaranteed $1 Million prize pool for the main event.
“Prior to the pandemic MSPT and Potawatomi Casino Hotel built a tremendous partnership, hosting some of the largest tournaments in the Midwest,” said Bryan Mileski, MSPT Founder and President. “Since that time, the local poker community had been starving for a Major series. When Potawatomi Casino completed their amazing $200M renovation and opened their beautiful new poker room, we at the MSPT couldn’t have been more excited to bring back a Major series to Milwaukee.”

The 2026 announcement comes on the heels of a successful tournament in January with more than 1,700 entrants, and ahead of the 2025 Wisconsin State Poker Championship coming up September 30-October 5 at Potawatomi.
