TEMECULA, Calif. (January 3, 2024) — If you have been dreaming of sunnier days and working outside, Pechanga Resort Casino’s upcoming job fair for its award-winning pool oasis, The Cove, is a must-apply. The resort/casino hosts two Cove job fairs on Tuesday, January 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday January 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. All potential candidates interested in soaking up the sun while earning a competitive pay are invited to attend and learn about Pechanga’s hiring process, perks of working at Southern California’s premier employer, and the chance to meet with hiring managers. Applicants can potentially receive job offers on the spot. Positions Pechanga looks to fill include Cove pool attendants and lifeguards.
The job fairs will take place in the Eagles Nest Ballroom, which is accessible via the elevators located at the hotel lobby. The fair kicks off with presentation about Pechanga, an overview of the positions, and a Q&A session hosted by hiring managers. Following the presentation, applicants will sit down with hiring managers for one-on-one interviews. Pechanga increased its minimum wage for non-tipped employees to $17.50 per hour in 2023. California’s minimum wage for all employers stands at $16.00 per hour as of January 1, 2024.
