LAS VEGAS (February 1, 2022) – Mohegan Sun Casino and Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will celebrate the Year of the Tiger with a traditional lion dance and specialty menu items at award-winning Night + Market to bring prosperity and happiness into the new year. Guests and visitors are encouraged to partake in the casino-resort’s inaugural Chinese New Year celebration.
Chef Kris Yenbamroomg’s award-winning Night + Market will offer specialty, a la carte Chinese New Year-inspired dishes on Friday, February 4 and Saturday, February 5. Bringing guaranteed prosperity into the new year will be the Good Luck Tiger Noodles, sauteed egg noodles with black tiger shrimp, chili, onions, peppers and peanuts ($26). On Saturday, February 5 at 5 p.m., the traditional lion dance will perform throughout the casino floor, starting at the main entrance to the resort. During the dance, blessings will be given at various locations, as well as a lucky lettuce-eating ceremony.
