Hernandez brings refined expertise and a passion for curating exceptional wine experiences that complement the region’s renowned culinary landscape. Hernandez joins Graton from such prestigious establishments as Spruce in San Francisco and Jean-Georges Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas, he has collaborated with acclaimed sommeliers Jeremiah Morehouse, Jordan Hobro, John Cronin, Jamie Pinedo, and Justin Chin.
