Firekeepers Casino Hotel Championship Winner Also Takes the Potawatomi Cup!

Ssu-Chia Cheng captures her first career win and the 1st Place check of $18,750 for winning the 2019 FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship, plus a $6,000 check for winning the Potawatomi Cup! The FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship served as the fourth and final event of the series sponsored by Potawatomi nation tribes.

FireKeepers gave one of its sponsor exemptions to Gabby Lemieux, who finished 14th in the Championship with a score of -6. A member of the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of Southwestern Idaho, she is the only active Native American golfer participating in Symetra Tour events.
