Comanche Cares Achieves Record-Breaking Year for Annual Holiday Toy Drive

Nearly $160,000 worth of toys donated to those in need across Southwest Oklahoma

LAWTON, Okla., (January 7, 2025) — Comanche Cares, a community giving initiative founded by Comanche Nation Entertainment, hosted its fourth annual holiday toy drive this past 2024 season, raising nearly $160,000 worth of toys across all properties. This marks the highest value accumulated in the program’s history.

“The generosity of our community is what made this a record-breaking year,” said Steven Doyle, CEO of Comanche Nation Entertainment. “The overwhelming support we received wouldn’t have been possible without the kindness and compassion of our Comanche Nation Entertainment family and volunteers.”

Thousands of toys were donated across Comanche Nation Entertainment’s five properties in Southwest Oklahoma.
Along with the individual donations, Comanche Rewards Club members earned Comanche Credit for their contributions, which added to the drive’s success.

“The success of our Toy Drive speaks volumes to the community we have built and are proud to be a part of,” said Doyle. “Giving back to those who have given so much to us will always remain a priority for our team.”

Donations benefitted local organizations including Fletcher Christmas Store, Church of Good News, Mary Wade Christmas Pow Wow, Grandfield Fire, Charter Academy, and Brown Indian Church.
