Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel Adds New Pizzeria, Reimagines Little Dragon Asian Eatery

Worley, Idaho (August 28, 2024) – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel today announced enhancements to its food court, including the revamping the Little Dragon Asian eatery and the addition of Arrowhead Pizza, which is scheduled to open later this year.

Arrowhead Pizza will serve 11-inch individual pizzas with a variety of toppings to satisfy every palate. A special stone oven, featuring both cooking and finishing temperatures, will enable the pizzas to be prepared quickly with just the right amount of crispiness.

The new eatery will also feature a draft beer selection, a chilled slushy bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and a grab-and-go section for those in a hurry or looking for salads to complement their pizza pies.

“Arrowhead Pizza aims to provide a unique, delicious, and convenient dining experience that our guests have requested,” said Alex Santos, Food and Beverage Administrator for the casino resort.

Little Dragon, a staple of the Coeur d’Alene Casino food court, has recently undergone an exciting transformation and will now be open seven days a week due to its high popularity. “We’ve added fresh, bold, and bright flavors, all cooked to order in woks and served on beds of jasmine or brown rice,” said Santos. “And about 80 percent of the menu is gluten-free.”

Little Dragon now offers a variety of grab-and-go options, including seared tuna, BBQ pork, and salads, making it the perfect choice for guests eager to return to the casino action quickly. All of the restaurant’s dishes are affordably priced, starting at $4.95, ensuring that guests can enjoy their choice of hot eats, cold eats, rice bowls, noodle bowls, and desserts without breaking the bank.

In addition to the flavorful food offerings, Little Dragon boasts a selection of imported Asian beers, non-alcoholic beers, and a variety of beverages, including water and sodas. The refreshed Little Dragon promises to elevate the dining experience while maintaining the convenience and quality that guests have come to love.

“The reimagining of Little Dragon and the addition of Arrowhead Pizza reflect our commitment to providing desired dining options for our guests,” said Santos. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to enjoy these new offerings.”
