Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort and the Stillaguamish Tribe announced today that they are donating their food supply from the casino resort’s dining venues to its Team Members, the Arlington Community Food Bank, and the Stanwood Camano Food Bank. With Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort temporarily closed through Tuesday, March 31 in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the donation is the latest effort by the property and Tribe to further care for the well-being of their Team Members and make a positive impact on the local community during this period of uncertainty.
“We are very grateful to be a part of this community, and we are all going to get through this together,” General Manager, Travis O’Neil said. “With these food donations, we hope that we are able to help those in need at this time.”
Team Members at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort lined up outside of the property earlier today to pick up their share of food items, which include burgers, eggs, cheese, chips, vegetables, fruits, and more. The Arlington Community Food Bank and the Stanwood Camano Food Bank will also each receive a delivery of approximately 1,800 pounds of food this afternoon.
We wish the community a safe and speedy recovery. We encourage guests to visit AngelOfTheWinds.com, follow us on social media, or call 360.474.9740 to stay up to date on any additional changes to the property’s operation.
