Ritchie brings a wealth of experience in deploying methodologies for private equity portfolio companies that generate hyper-growth, making him an invaluable addition to the Pavilion Payments team. In his new role, Ritchie will tap into his expertise in implementing disciplined processes to deliver quality and building high-performing teams to drive sustainable revenue growth for Pavilion Payments.
Ritchie’s professional journey encompasses a diverse range of sectors including technology and software. Before joining Pavilion Payments, Ritchie served as the chief revenue officer at three Riverside Company portfolio companies and has held sales leadership roles in Warburg Pincus and Genstar Capital portfolio companies. Under his leadership, he transformed teams’ focus toward new customer acquisition, implemented rigorous forecasting processes and successfully directed their efforts toward top-tier clients, significantly elevating their growth strategy.
